Order Processing Times

Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During Seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, Order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

 Shipping Times

 We ship from our warehouse located in the United State. We currently ship all around the world. Order shipping within the united states will arrive within 3-5 business days.

  • Order shipping internationally will arrive within 7 to 15 business days.

 Shipping Costs

  • Order shipping to an address in the United States has free shipping.
  • Order shipping to an address internationally has a flat rate of $14.99.

 Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations

 Full Refunds and exchanges are offered for regular-priced merchandise within 20 days that tracking indicates an order has been delivered. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to purchase all returns or exchanges.

  •  Item must not be damaged.
  • All original gift boxes must be returned
  • You must present a valid receipt.

 

If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order you are to do so up to 5 hours after you receive your order confirmation. Please contact us at contact@vaboro.com. So we can make these changes immediately.

If your order ships and the change have not been made, please return items unused for a full refund.

 We provide real-time tracking information on all of our orders. If your order does not arrive by the estimated due date, please wait 48 hours before contacting us at contact@vaboro.com. We are committed to making sure that you, our valued customer, receive your order in perfect condition. If it arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, we'll do all that we can to quickly trace the package and provide generous time frames for exchanges or refunds. Please send us photos of any damage at contact@vaboro.com so we may assist accordingly!  We will send you a return label to ship the items back to us and send you a new order with brand new products immediately.
